Our Secret VitaBALL Recipe

We like to add shredded meats to our
ground meat.

* 1 scoop of VitaBALL mix per pound
* 2 Tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt 


Optional: egg, celery, onions, peppers,  even a little salad kit mix.  

We add some sauteed onions and red bell peppers (use red or yellow, as green bellpeppers are hard to digest). Substitute bread crumbs with a chopped kit. We like kale, as it is highly nutritious. We use 4 lbs. of chicken breast and 4 Lbs. of chicken thighs. Instant pot 2 lbs. of the chicken breast and shred, giving the VitaBall a wonderful chewy texture. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
We recommend using a large ice cream scoop to place them on an olive oiled cookie sheet. 

Place in oven and set the timer for 30 mins. 

We like to make 8 lbs. at a time. This makes 10 trays. (3 VitaBALLS per. tray).

A little of this seasoning goes a long way in adding savory flavor to your signature creations.

Give Your Balls A Healthy Crunch

You can purchase these microwavable trays at Wallmart or Online and use over. Freeze VitaBALLS for future use. Pour a little water in tray and reheat at 5 mins. froozen. 

Our Secret VitaBALL Salad Recipe

Chop VitaBALLS and add to bowl—then add Daisy May Dressing (Daisy May Recipe Found Below). Chopped onions, celery, pickles, or whatever you want to add. 

Optional: Hard-boiled eggs. 


Serve on a romaine lettuce leaf or Waffle Bread.  

Daisy May Dressing Recipe 

* 1 lb. Sour Cream
* Squeeze 1'2 Lemon

* 2 to 4 tbsp. Xxcellulate Tree Sugar
* 1/2 tbsp. Minced Onion or Green
* 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 
* 1'/2 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Xcellulate Salt 

Optional: Mustard or Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Our Secret VitaBALL Wok Salad Recipe

Make a salad mix and add to wok with a small amount of olive oil. Season with real garlic or powder, Himalayan pink salt, and black pepper. Add grilled VitaBalls on top and enjoy. No dressing needed or use a little Daisy May Dressing Mix and make your own safe dressing ( Daisy May Dressing Mix in our online store).

Then there's Country Style. 
Just heat up a couple VitaBalls and top with Farmer Dan's Gravy. Easy to make and well worth the time. High in proteins, Low-carbs. and calories. Rich, smooth gravy in minutes.
