HOT-pressed PRESSED BREAD IN SECONDS

Waffle bread is made on a waffle cone maker. It only takes 3 Tbsp. to make one leaf or slice. The mix comes with a scooper, making it easy to measure.

How To Make...

Preheat the press to 390 degrees.

Making the mix is much like making a pancake batter.

In a bowl...

* One pkg. of Waffle Bead Mix.

* 3 Eggs

* 1 cup of milk

Whisk until smooth.

Spray the bottom and top grill with olive oil spray. Then place one scoop on the bottom grill in the center (slightly towards the back). Close lid and let cook for 20 seconds. You don't want to overcook them, as they can be refrigerated or frozen for future use, and repressing them will make them just the right firmness.

Place cooked slices on a paper towel. Once cooled, you can stack them on each other using a wax-style paper in between each one.

Put your extra slices in a ziploc bag and freeze.

Waffle Bread contains NO PRESERVATIVES and will need to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer. You do not need to thaw them out to repress them.

Hot Pressed Toss Salad Canoes

One of my favorite ways to incorporate leafy green vegetables into my diet is by enjoying a tossed salad canoe.

* Make a small salad in a bowl. Chop greens and other vegetables into small pieces.

* I like to add a little bacon or meat as well.

* Little onion, peppers and maybe some pickles or olives.

* Add a little Daisy May salad dressing to toss salad (you can find Daisy May mix in our store). You just add it to 1 lb. sour cream. Simply delicious and makes a good srpead as well. No Oils

* Hot press a slice of waffle bread and then place some of the toss salad on top, fold and enjoy.

Grab iT

I love Grab iT for those days on the run. Grab iT is a rollup-style sandwich. If you make our VitaBALLS, you can use them to make a perfect meat salad as well.

* Make an egg, chicken, tuna, or whatever style meat salad you choose.

* Chop up some onions, celery, peppers, cilantro, or whatever you can think of and add a little Daisy May dressing, blending it all together.

* Place on a hot slice of waffle bread and roll.

Enjoy.

Black Radish - Waffle Bread

If it isn't crazy enough and you want to go all the way,, try our Black Radish Waffle Bread Mix.

  • Digestion:

It may help with digestive discomfort by increasing gastric mucus secretion and protecting the stomach.

  • Liver and gallbladder:

Black radish can support liver health and has been shown to have hepatoprotective effects, potentially helping to dissolve gallstones, and aid in detoxification processes.

Metabolic and cardiovascular health

  • Blood sugar:

Black radish supports balanced blood sugar by helping to regulate glucose uptake, supporting glucose-related hormones, and reducing oxidative stress.

  • Cholesterol and blood pressure:

It can help lower cholesterol and has been found to increase "good" HDL cholesterol. Its potassium content also helps relax blood vessel walls, which promotes lower blood pressure.

Antioxidant and anti-cancer properties

  • Rich in antioxidants:

Black radish is a good source of antioxidants, which help fight against oxidative stress from free radicals.

  • Detoxification:

It contains compounds like glucosinolates that support the body's natural detoxification enzymes and processes.

  • Potential cancer prevention:

Research suggests that the phytochemicals and glucosinolates in black radish may have anti-carcinogenic effects and contribute to cancer prevention.

Waffle Bread Pizzas

If you want to make a pizza or Mexican-style wrap for enchilada-style cuisine, you can use tw scoops instead of just one when making your waffle bread slices. This will make them approx. eight inches. You can reduce the milk a little as well, making them a little thicker.

Tomato sauces can contain a lot of hidden ingredients, such as sugar and vegetable oils. We offer a spaghetti and pizza sauce mix in our store. Just add it to one medium-sized tomato sauce and enjoy worry-free.

* Hot press a slice of waffle bread, making it rather firm. Then spread with sauce and whatever else you choose. Place in oven to melt cheese on top, then cut into four slices and enjoy.

ROLLUP'S

Some days you may not feel like eating a lot or want something between meals. Waffle Bread Rollups can be a perfect solution. I like mine with a little guacamole.  My wife likes hers with a little Philadelphia cheese spread.

* Heat up a slice of waffle bread and add a generous amount of spread. Roll and enjoy.

* You can do this with a hot dog or sausage as well. Try to purchase those without additves or nitrates.

Waffle Bread - VitaBALL Enchiladas

I love Mexican foods, but most are not healthy. Too much of a good thing, so to speak. We've changed all that.

In a frying pan...

* Place some premade VitaBALLS of your choice in frying pan with a little sautéed onion.

* Repress a waffle bread slice and place a little of the meat mixture from the frying pan on the bread. Then add a little cheese and roll the bread slice up enchilada style.  Cover with enchilada styler sauce and cheese on top. Microwave or place in oven until cheese is melted. Garnish with salad and avocado (stay away from rice or beans).

Southern-Style Waffle Bread Pot Pies

You can use a VitaBALL to make this happen. Just warm one up per rollup.  Place in a hot-pressed slice of waffle bread and roll up. You can purchase our chicken or beef gravy mix in store. Just add to hot water. You can use frozen or fresh vegetables to tops it off.

'Enjoy.

Rollups for Our Coffee and Tea Lovers

Coffee mates are simple to make and go real well with hot coffee or tea.

* Hot press or grill a slice of waffle bread and then spoon on a little Honeytol (you can find it in store).

* Roll and enjoy.

You can always reheat waffle bread on a grill or frying pan.  I like a grill when I have a lot to make. That way, I can make them all at once serving them hot.
