DRESSINGS - BBQ SAUCE - SAUCES

Condiments have been an integral part of human cuisine for centuries, adding flavor and zest to our meals. However, with the growing concern over health and nutrition, many are beginning to question the safety and potential harm of these tasty additions.





VITABALL SALAD
* Chop or Food Process 3 or more Vitaballs
* Add Onions, Celery, Pickles, boiled eggs, or whatever you may like and then add Xcellulate Ranch Style Dressing
* A little Mustard
* Use on a Waffle Bread or as a lettuce wrap.


VITABURGERS -VITABALLS - VITATACOS
Make "em' - Freeze 'em" - Reheat 'em' and Enjoy 'em'


VitaBALL ENCHILADAS

* Chop or use food processor to mince up VitaBALLS (this recipe uses 6 VitaBALLS). VitaBALLS are pre-made and need no cooking).
* Place in frying pan and add one cup of water (no oils).
* 4 Scoops of Cauliflower Bean Mix ( you can add more or less depending on your preferred consistency).

* Spoon on VitaBALL Mix, a little cheese and roll-up.
* Cover with enchilada sauce, a little cheese with a side dish of salad.


We like to make them up in advance in a microwaveable tray. Freeze, top and zap for 3 mins and out the door.

Fast 'N' Easy Gravy & Enchilada Sauce
In small sauce pan add;
GRAVY
* 12oz. Water
* 4 to 5 scoops of Cauliflower Chicken Mash (or beef/bean).
* Little Butter and Stir
* Add 1/2 tsp. Xanthan gum to thicken (no starches).
TO MAKE ENCHILADA SAUCE ADD
10oz. Can OF Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilli. You can blend or leave chunky.

We advise not using store bought taco shells as they are deep fried with cheap oils and most are rancid before they get to the store.
Use Waffle Bread which is a nutritional leaf or simply eat on a lettuce wrap.
Tortilla wraps offer very little real food value. Flour and water.

and Kraut
* Rinse and squeeze excess brine water from sauerkraut.
* A little shredded Coleslaw Style Mix.
* Fresh Pineapple Chunks
* VitaBALLS
If you don't like sauerkraut, add a little sour cream and you will.
