DRESSINGS - BBQ SAUCE - SAUCES 

NO SUGAR, STARCHES, OILS, OR CHEMICALS

XCELLULATE TREE SUGAR

Condiments have been an integral part of human cuisine for centuries, adding flavor and zest to our meals. However, with the growing concern over health and nutrition, many are beginning to question the safety and potential harm of these tasty additions. 

VITABALL SALAD

* Chop or Food Process 3 or          more Vitaballs

* Add Onions, Celery, Pickles, boiled eggs, or whatever you may like and then add Xcellulate Ranch Style Dressing

* A little Mustard 

* Use on a Waffle Bread or as a lettuce wrap. 


 

Daisy May Dressing Recipe 

* 1 lb. Sour Cream
* Squeeze 1'2 Lemon
* 2 to 4 tbsp. Xxcellulate Tree       Sugar
* 1/2 tbsp. Minced Onion or           Green
* 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 
* 1'/2 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Xcellulate Salt 

Optional: Mustard or Frank's Red Hot Sauce

BODY TENDERS ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI

Zucchini has a large water content and is perfect for cleaning out the colon. 
 

Zucchini is rich in multiple antioxidants, including lutein and zeaxanthin. Despite packing a punch with several important nutrients, zucchini is low in calories, fat, and sugar.

Zucchinis are also a wonderful source of:

PEEL ZUCCHINI THEN MICROWAVE ON PLATE FOR 5 TO 6 MINS. 

Wash Zucchini then peel. This makes it less pungent in taste resembling more of a pasta noodle.

Body Tenders Diet Structure leads you away from a high- pastry llour diet full of processed carbohydrates.  

Do not buy into the scheme of buying veggie pastas as they are just another form of pastry flour with  a little vegetable powders added. 

ZUCCHINI IS LOW IN PROTEIN

To boost the protein profile, we highly recommend adding Doomsday Power Up Mix to your sauce. 

Quick "n' Easy Tomato Sauce

In small pot on med. heat

* One 23oz. can of pure tomato sauce
* One 23oz can of Rotel Diced Tomato & Green Chill (Mild, Med. or Hot. Your choice)
* Add 2 to 4 tbsp. Xcellulate Sugar
* 4 tbsp. Doomsday Power Up Mix
* 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 

Optional: Extra Salt, Black Pepper or other seasonings to your preference. 

 

We chop up some VitaBALLS (Chicken or Beef) & add them to our sauce. VitaBALL recipe is below. They are made up in advance & frozen for future use making it convenient to make all kinds of healthy meals. 

ZUCCHINI CREAMY & DELICIOUS

BODY TENDERS CREAMY SAUCE RECIPE

* 2 cups of water
* 4 to 5 scoops of Do The Cauliflower Mix (Scoop is provided in packaging).
* 1 egg yoke 

* Salt & Pepper to preference 

Optional: 1/2 tbsp. of Xanthan Gum to make thicker
Do The Cauliflower Mix contains Parmesan & Romano Cheese stir while making to prevent sticking to bottom of pan. 

VITABURGERS -VITABALLS - VITATACOS

Make "em' - Freeze 'em" - Reheat 'em' and Enjoy 'em'

VitaBALL ENCHILADAS 

* Chop or use food processor to mince up VitaBALLS (this recipe uses 6 VitaBALLS). VitaBALLS are pre-made and need no cooking).

* Place in frying pan and add one cup of water (no oils). 

* 4 Scoops of Cauliflower Bean Mix ( you can add more or less depending on your preferred consistency).

* Spoon on VitaBALL Mix, a little cheese and roll-up. 

* Cover with enchilada sauce, a little cheese with a side dish of salad. 

We like to make them up in advance in a microwaveable tray. Freeze, top and zap for 3 mins and out the door. 

Fast 'N' Easy Gravy & Enchilada Sauce

In small sauce pan add; 
GRAVY
* 12oz. Water
* 4 to 5 scoops of Cauliflower Chicken Mash (or beef/bean).
* Little Butter and Stir
* Add 1/2 tsp. Xanthan gum to thicken (no starches).

TO MAKE ENCHILADA SAUCE ADD
10oz. Can OF Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilli. You can blend or leave chunky.   

 

We advise not using store bought taco shells as they are deep fried with cheap oils and most are rancid before they get to the store.

Use Waffle Bread which is a nutritional leaf or simply eat on a lettuce wrap. 

Tortilla wraps offer very little real food value. Flour and water.

Ingredients found in one pkg. of
Do The Cauliflower Mash


Nutritional Yeast, Parmesan & Romano Cheese, Freeze Dried Meats or Pinto Beans, Shiitake Mushroom, Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Butter, Sour Cream, Psyllium Husk, Parsley. 


HOW TO MAKE
IN POT...


* ONE LARGE CAULIFLOWER CHOPPED OR FOOD PREOCESSED.  
* 12oz. Water
* Cook approx. 20 mins. stirring occasionally until soft. 




 

* Place cook soft cauliflower in strainer and drain excess water.
* Place bake in pot and add one pkg. Do The Cauliflower Mash and stir.

Optional - Butter, Sour Cream

TWICE BAKED CAULIFLOWER MASH

SIMPLY FILL A TWICE BAKED TIN WITH MASH AND TOP WITH CHEESE. PLACE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. THEN TOP WITH MEAT CRUNCHIES FURNISHED WITH THE DO THE CAULIFLOWER MASH PACKAGES FOR A CRUNCH TOP. 

FREEZE AND REHEAT FOR A PERFICT MINI-MEAL.

* Rinse and squeeze excess brine water from sauerkraut. 
* A little shredded Coleslaw Style Mix.
* Fresh Pineapple Chunks

If you don't like sauerkraut, add a little sour cream and you will. 

WAFFLE BREAD NUTRITIONAL LEAF

HOW TO MAKE WAFFLE BREAD NUTRITIONAL LEAF. 
You will need to purchase a Waffle Cone Machine. You can buy them on Amazon for $39.99. They take up very little counter space. If you're really serious you can purchase a professional machine for $79.00.

Waffle Bread makes a high-nutritional leaf in 15 mins. One pkg. makes over 14 slices depending on size. 

Simply...pre-heat press to 350 degrees, (the halfway mark on most machines). 


 

How To Make Batter In stainless steal or glass bowl add the following. 

* One pkg. Waffle Bread Mix
* 3 whole eggs
* 1 cup of milk or alternative Whisk until smooth

Slightly Spray Grill Top and Bottom with Olive Oil Spray. Place One or Two Scoop of Mix On Grill and Close Lid (Scooper comes with mix). Close lid and press for 15 seconds (depending on machine) until firm DO NOT OVER PRESS as YOU CAN REPRESS THEM LATER. 

How To STORE 

* Take Nutritional Leaf off grill & place on a paper towel.
* Repeat until batch is gone
* Stack cool pieces on each other using a paper in between
* Place extra pieces in Ziplock bag and freeze. 
You DO NOT need to thaw out to repress. You can rewarm them on grill or frying pan as well.

WHAT IS A CANOE SANDWICH? 

A Canoe Waffle Bread Sandwich is made much like a taco. You take a hot pressed slice of Waffle Bread & place whatever you want on it and then simple fold it and enjoy? 

One hamburger patty makes two sandwiches. By adding mustard to our No Oil or Sugar Ranch Style dressing, we have a great tasting mayo style spread. A little Body Tenders BBQ Sauce and away you go.

DELI STYLE CANOE

At Body Tenders, we never say NEVER! We're not about creating a perfect diet. Rather, it's about neutralizing the effects coming from a non-nutritional diet. . 

A deli canoe once in awhile, will certainly benefit the mind and soul. 


IN A SMALL BOWL *we like to use a cardboard bowl - no messy cleanup). 

* Place thinly sliced premium deli meat in bowl (Boar's Head). 
* Drained Sauerkraut on top 
* Slice of Cheese
* Microwave for 30 sec. 
* Scoop onto a Hot Pressed Slice of Waffle Bread (You can make a mustard style dressing using our No Oil or Sugar Ranch Style Dressing with a little mustard added).  

SALAD CANOES

To make a salad canoe such as a BLT, you simply make a tossed salad first. Then scoop it onto a slice of hot pressed Waffle Bread, fold and enjoy. 

We like to bake our bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet. We cut the bacon into small pieces and add them on top. 

MAKE YOUR SALAD FIRST - THEN TOP IT OFF. 


 

CHICKEN POT PIE ROLL-UP

Want something dinner style? No problem...

Roll-ups makes great Mexican style meals, but we've taken it to the next step. 

How To MAKE... 

* Roll-Up a chicken vitaBALL in a hot slice of Waffle Bread. 

* Cover with steamed or frozen vegetables
* Cover with Body Tender's Creamy or Gravy (recipe above)

Microwave for 1 min. or 2 depending on microwave. Enjoy! 

WAFFLE BREAD PIZZAS

Hot press a slice of Waffle Bread, cover with our No Sugar or Oil spaghettis sauce, cheese and then do your thing. Little more cheese on top and place in pre-heated oven at 350 until cheese is melted ( won't take long). 

WE USE YUM BREAD WHEN MAKING DESSERT STYLE DELITES 

Yum Waffle Bread has the same wonderful nutritional profile as any of our other style bread mixes. It has a higher collagen and sweeter taste. 

SWEEET CINNAMON ROLL-UP

Start your morning with a hot pressed, sweet cinnamon roll-up. 

* Mix some cinnamon powder with Xcellulate Tree Sugar
* Put a little butter on HOT pressed Waffle Bread.
* Sprinkle on the cinnamon mix
* Roll-Up and Enjoy

HIGH PROTEIN - GLUTEN FREE - NO SUGAR OR OILS

HOW TO MAKE

* 1 Pkg. Waffle Bread Original Mix
* 2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
* 1 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onions 
* 4 Scoops of Doomsday Power Up or Do The Cauliflower Chicken  Mash
* 3/4 cup of milk
* 1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice

Top with Chicken Crunch furnished with Do The Cauliflower Chicken Mix or

use our VitaBALL topping mix. Gives a nice crusty texture. 

 

MAKES APROX. 24 MUSCLE UP CRUMPETS

Use an Olive Oiled Baking Sheet - Pre-heated Oven At 350 Degrees

* Scoop mix with a small ice cream scoop
* Place 3/4 inch apart
* Egg white tops & add Chicken Crunch Topping (made with pure white chicken breast - no grains

* Bake for 12 mins. 
* Shut oven off and let set in oven for a couple mins.

Waffle Bread is a Nutritional Leaf and makes great soft-style wraps for enchiladas an soft tacos. Sometimes we like a crunch.   

A tostada just isn't a tostada without a crispy tortilla which are deep fried and loaded with calories coming from the oil alone. 

If you have a Waffle Bread Style Maker you can make crispy corn tortillas without oils. 

CRISPY TADA SHELL

Purchase the thin tortilla (gluten-free). 
Place on press at 350 degrees (med. on most machines). 
Close lid and press for 2 mins. or until crispy.

This will keep the shell at around 45 calories with NO ADDED OILS. 

Yes, it is corn and should be considered a higher-carb. wrap. But like everything in life - It's How Much - How OfTen. 

DO THE CAULIFLOWER BEAN

Cauliflower Bean Mix makes a delicious, super-nutritous & lower-calorie alternative to regular refried beans.

Cauliflower only has 25 calories per. cup & makes you feel full longer than beans themselves.

* Cook a head of cauliflower 
* Mash and add 4 to 5 scoops of Cauliflower Bean Mash.
* Add some sour cream and butter

Option: You can add a can of green chilis or jalapeno.    

DO THE CAULIFLOWER BEAN ENCHILADA

We use Waffle Bread when making enchiladas. It has a higher-protein profile & less carbs.

Do The Cauliflower Bean Mash

Nutritional Yeast, Parmesan & Romano Cheese, Freeze Dried Pinto Beans, Green Lentils,  Shiitake Mushroom, Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Onion, Carrot, Red Chili, Smoked Paprika,  Garlic, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Butter, Sour Cream, Psyllium Husk, Parsley. 
 

Cauliflower contains many nutrients and plant compounds that may reduce the risk of several diseases, including heart disease and cancer.

Cauliflower is a healthy cruciferous vegetable that provides a significant source of nutrients, particularly fiber and vitamin C. Adding cauliflower to your meals provides nutrients with minimal calories.

XCELLULATE GLAZED MEATS

Xcellulate Glazed Hamburgers, Chicken Wings or Drumsticks and Salmon.

Add...

* 2 to 4 TBSP. of Xcelluate Tree Sugar to frying pan or wok.
^ 2 TLBS. Water or Lemon
^ 4 to 6 tbsp. of Frank's Red Hot Sauce. 
* Butter

On med. heat blend the ingredients together. Once the butter is melted add meats.

Flip or Stir meats allowing for a good coat of galze. 

XCELLULATE GLAZED HAMBURGERS

Xcellulate Glazed hamburger patties are made with Doomsday Power Mix. Not only does in enhance their flavor, but nutritional value as well. 

Flipping burgers to make sure both sides are fully glazed and cooked. You can add a little salt and pepper or cheese on top. 

XCELLULATE GLAZED DRUMSTICS

Xcellulate Glazed wings or drumsticks (we've replaced our wings with drumsticks as they're much cheaper).

How to make 12 glazed drumsticks
* 4 TBSP. Xcellulate Tree Sugar
^ 4 TBSP. Water
* 1/4 Stick of butter
* 4 TBSP. Frank's Red Hot Sauce

On high burner - allow the butter to melt & add chicken. The stir chicken in sauce & let fry in its own oil. Do Not Add Any Oils. Once you've bake them for approx. 15 mins. place on cookie sheet & pour remaining sauce on top. If you like them crunchy, sprinkle with Chicken Crunch.

 

XCELLULATE GLAZED SALMON

Xcellulate Glazed Salmon. If you don't like salmon, you witll now. 

How To Make

* 4 TBSP. Xcellulate Tree Sugar
* 2 TSP. Butter 
* 1 Squeezed Lemon
* 2 TBSP. Frank's Red Hot Sauce

EASY WAY SKIN REMOVAL
* Place salmon with skin face down. Let fry for a minute & turn-over. Use a fork to easily remove skin (be careful  glaze is hot). Fry on each side for a couple mins.. Then place salmon on cookie sheet with aluminium foil.  Pour remaining sauce on top & use a low top oven burner to toast top.   

NOTE: WHEN USING XCELLULATE AS A GLAZE - WASH FRYING PAN OR WOK IMMEDIEATELY AFTER USING - IT WILL TAKE NO EFFORT TO CLEAN IT. MEATS COOKED IN XCELLULATE SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO PETS AS IT CONTAINS INGREDIENTS THAT ARE NOT SUITED FOR ANIMALS. ECELLULATE CONTAINS A SPECIAL JOINT SUPPORT.
